The furniture in room could profit from a little upgrade. Also limited selection for breakfast option, at least for a Western customer’s point of view. There a better and cheaper options eating elsewhere in town.

Voor 1 dag , 1 persoon prima.. maar zeker geen vakantie hotel. Kamers zijn oud , te klein en heel vies. Tijdens ons 14 daags verblijf niet 1 keer het beddengoed vervangen of schoon gemaakt. Geen plaats in de kamer voor koffers en geen kast aanwezig.. Zijn al vaker bij Mystays geweest maar nog nooit bij zon slechte... Echt een teleurstelling.

We are sorry to learn that you were not fully satisfied with your stay caused by some issues, despite the fact that you chose our hotel among many others. As a hotel of the MYSTAYS HOTEL chain, we always strive to bring a satisfactory stay to our guests. However, as for room cleaning, we operate with a little bit different procedure from other MYSTAYS properties: At our hotel, we serve many guests who travel in groups, or stay for a long period. Therefore, we do not provide the daily housekeeping service in order to respect their privacy. However, we can also clean up the room with an extra charge as an option when guest requests (Please request at the front desk on the day before). Please excuse us if the explanation about the condition above was not sufficient upon your check-in. Also, we have other room types with floor space larger than the room which you stayed. When you need storage space, we hope you will consider such room types for the next time as “Superior Twin”, “Deluxe/Superior Twin Tree View”. We sincerely thank you for your valuable feedback, and we will continue to make every effort to improve our operation and services to meet our guests’ expectations. Stay was comfortable and convenient next to Kameido station. The only thing is that if you are really tall and wide, the room will be very small. Bathroom is tiny as well and our two luggage’s fit but did make it tight. Other than that, it was great

The room was a decent size and very clean. I love how it was walking distance from kameido clock and kameido station. Plenty of restaurants to choose from in the area. Our one week stay at this hotel was awesome, would definitely do it again.

Staff are very kind and nice. Room is clean and affordable for the price. The hotel is only a short walk from the subway station and right next to a shopping mall. An inconvience was the bathroom roof was leaking water in my room on the 2rd day of my stay. Thankfully, the staff was able to switch my room for another one. Overall, the hotel is a great place to stay for the price point.

Excelente opción
Nahh increible, tremendo precio para ser Tokyo, la linea de metro queda a menos de 5 minutos y es directa a Akihabra y Nakano. Incluia todo salvo... la limpieza y cambios de utileria se cobra a parte pero solo es para tomarlo en cuenta, al igual que tienen la opcion de desayuno y cena por costo extra al igual que lavanderia. Fuera de eso, todo lo demas 10/10.
