I had a nice stay at this hotel. It wasn't far from the Akasaka train station, which happened to be the Harry Potter train station. The property is very clean and well kept. Having washers & dryers on the premises was a plus. The only glitch that happened was when I was leaving. The receptionist helped me book a cab, with listed prices, but the cab driver insisted on his higher meter fare. When we called the hotel, the receptionist said that the fare was higher because of the weird hours I'm taking the cab (early morning). I wouldn't have had an issue with it if I was told ahead of time.

The lobby is the nicest part of this hotel. My room is small, and the pillows were even smaller. Overall not the most bang for your buck, but it was super quiet out, even with the window open all night.

This is not a fancy hotel, but it's solid and got thoughtful touches where it counts for "mystay"--small, economical units, blackout blinds so you can sleep, quiet neighborhood, pretty fast wifi, the window can be cracked open for fresh air, and a Seven-Eleven right in the ground floor for whatever you might have forgotten to pack, and washing machines for when you run out of socks, etc.

This hotel is unique and in a good area of Tokyo. The location of the hotel is good near from Shibuya, Ginza and Shibuya by the subway near from the hotel ( Akasaka station , Ginza line ). Overall it’s a clean, comfortable and a good hotel to stay 😌
