I loved this area, we found a great ramen restaurant. We shopped at the Uniqlo 12 floor store. Convenient 7-eleven stores. Tokyo metro station within walking distance.

Loved staying here! It’s away from the tourist hustle and bustle and in a nice fancy area. Lots of luxury shopping within walking distance. Super close walk to the metro and JR lines as well. The rooms are bigger than other places in Tokyo and the service was amazing. We’d definitely stay here again.

Had a great stay here last week. Hotel staff was very friendly. I accidentally booked a smoking room, not realizing that I did, and they were very accommodating in switching us to a non-smoking room without any issues. The rooms itself aren't particularly large, but it was comfortable. I was a little nervous staying here because of the negative reviews I read about the rooms smelling of body odor, but we didn't notice this at all. Rooms were very clean and well maintained. There's a restaurant on site La Casita which we didn't get to try, but they do have a bar there that my husband went to. Hotel is conveniently located, walking distance to high end luxury shopping as well as the Ginza mall. There is no doorman or anyone who will help with your luggage, so don't expect that service. I would recommend this hotel, great value for a comfortable stay.

Great service, the staff was very accommodating after I had accidentally booked a smoking room. All non-smoking rooms were booked for the night, but they went out of their way to find a room with limited smoke smell and then cleaned the smoke smell from my new room as much as possible.

두번째 방문이었습니다. 첫번째 방문때 서비스, 청결, 위치 등 너무 만족했었고, 가끔 리뷰에서 방에서 냄새가 난다는걸 봤었는데 이번에 저희 방이 그랬습니다. 리셉션에 말씀드려서 한번 바꿔주시긴했는데 바로 옆방으로 주셔서 똑같이 냄새가 났구요, 이게 공조시스템에서 나는 시큼한 냄새인것같아요. 이 부분만 제외하면 너무나 만족하는 호텔인데 아쉬웠습니다.

Echaba en falta un Lobby donde sentarme y por esta razón para instalaciones puse 3. Habitación cómoda, limpia y el personal del hotel maravillosos. Difícil de encontrar sitios para comer razonable o sencillo. Pero esta se debe a que está en Ginza. Volvería al hotel sin ninguna duda.

Perfect hotel with the perfect service!
The hotel was amazing! The location was great and easy to find. The room was cozy and clean, with wonderful amenities. The service was top notch, and made us feel warm and welcome, throughout our stay. I’ll be coming back to this hotel the next time I’m in Tokyo!
