'We enjoyed our two nights at this property. Easy access, comfortable beds, well equipped kitchen. Our unit had a lovely, broad view of the bridge and marina, as do most, I assume. We might have preferred two full bathrooms as it was a bit cramped for all 4 of us adults to juggle its usage, but I am still giving it 5 stars for being perfectly adequate.'

'We enjoyed our stay, we did have to clean the hot tub, it didnt have any clorine and the water was green with algae. There was no laundry soap and bleach. The house was nice, it was big. The kiddos loved the gaming room, pacman was fun. They also enjoyed ping pong. The toilet in the master bedroom was hard to flush. I also had to clean under the oven in the warming rack. There was a lot of crumbs. Just minor cleaning things, other then that we enjoyed the house. We appreciated the close access...

'My mother and I spent a lovely weekend watching the waves and drinking tea. This is a sweet little house with two bedrooms, which allows plenty of privacy when needed, but also boasts an excellent front row seat (couch, actually) for you to look out to the ocean and people watch while cozy inside. The only caveat to this place is that the stairs going up to the second bedroom are steep and narrow - within spec, but I wouldn't try to hoist a big suitcase up there again!'

'The property was ok, fairly easy access to the beach. One bedroom had giant windows overlooking the main path of the property and did not have curtains. It was nice to be able to have our dog though and no huge fee for him to be with us. It was a perfect spot for our families long weekend'

'Beach access via installed steps down the hillside, but if the weather turns, theres lots to do indoors (ping pong, air hockey, pool table, darts, big screen)'

'This adorable cottage overlooking the ocean is a tiny Lincoln City beach paradise. The property is clean and the garden is beautiful. We just left the screen door opened and listen to and watched the waves (when it was raining) and it was magical! A great relaxing weekend!'

'I rented this home to spend time with my daughter and teenage grandchildren. It had everything we needed plus games, and a easy walk to the beach and stores! We hand an enjoyable time and would rent it again! Quiet and easy!'

'Wonderful view of the bay. Beds comfortable and lots of sleeping areas. Beautiful view from upstairs room. Great views from living room. The hot tub location is awesome the tree kind of blocks the winds. There are a few cosmetic things that need fixed. The path to front door needs to be straightened and the landscape pruned back.And the front porch stairs need another rail also. There are 2 of the kitchen chairs that are broken. The wicker outdoor furniture was so broken that it wasn't usable....

'The views from this house are stunning. Especially on the top floor. Stairs from bottom level to second floor are very steep and unsafe for people who have issues with mobility. There was plenty of room for our party of seven.'

'Your place is absolutely perfect. I did not want to leave. In fact I thought we had booked through Friday. I was heartbroken when I realized we had to leave today. It was beautiful, spotlessly clean and comfortable with everything you could ever want. We will definitely be back. Our only negative is we didn’t see any whales. ☹️. We do live near the beach in Southern California and do see them at home. So I can’t really complain. Thank you so much!!!!'

'It's a beautiful home by the sea. We came to relax and enjoy the waves. We did a lot of cooking and eating, there were enough pots and pans to accommodate us. Next time when we come, I will make sure to bring a scrubbing sponge so that we can properly do dishes. The house was clean and we are happy. I wish the shower curtin was washed or changed. It's old and smells of mildew, but other then that, it was perfect!'

'Het motel ademt de sfeer van de jaren 60. De kamer die wij hadden heeft uitzicht op het parkeerterrein en niet op zee. De kamer is donker met alleen een klein raam aan de voorkant. De kamer ruikt muf en de inrichting is oubollig met verouderde spullen. Er is echter wel veel. Je kunt er koken en er is bijvoorbeeld zelfs een blikopener.'

'I would stay here again, it is an older building so walls are thin. They do need better cleaning people. Pots and pans were dirty, silverware and hold dirty. Throw rug in bathroom big stains on it, smelled when we walked in. We just opened the windows and sprayed with Lysol to let it air out. After that it was fine'
