'This aparthotel was a very pleasant surprise. Everything is automated in terms of checkin and checkout. The room is very spacious, beautifully decorated with extremely high ceiling and a stand alone bathtub. Everything is clean, comfortable and luxurious. The location is also great, as it is in walking distance to old town and to train station. Absolute gem of a place especially for a price that is very appropriate in contrast to other places around.'

'It's a nice hotel with a good combination of the personal charm of a smaller hotel still with good, modern rooms. It is located very central downtown, so it's easy to reach both architecturally nice strucures in the old town and the beach and Casino are five minutes away by foot. The manager was also very welcoming and nice to chat with while waiting for a ride etc.'

'Personeel is zeer onervaren en straalden weinig gastvrijheid uit. Het eten was van zeer lage, eigenlijk onacceptabele kwaliteit. Daarnaast werden "do not disturb" bordjes simpelweg genegeerd, meerdere malen. Kamers waren ruim, bedden prima. Airconditioning werkte nauwelijks en de badkamer was duidelijk slecht onderhouden. '

'Hotel is een beetje shabby, versleten vloerbedekking, erg donker. En hoewel er van de kelder tot de bovenste etage een (kleine) lift is, moet je eerst je koffers 30 treden op sjouwen omdat de ingang op de begane grond is afgesloten. Bij de receptie hangt een bord dat je pas om 18:00u mag inchecken; wij kwamen vroeger en dat leverde gelukkig geen problemen op.'

'Geweldige locatie hoog gelegen en uitzicht op zee. Let op dat als je een GPS gebruikt om bij dit hotel te komen, dan word je de verkeerde kant opgestuurd. Zoek het adres op en stel dat als waypoint in. Kamer is groot en goed gemeubileerd. Alleen de douchekop was aan vervanging toe. Er ging meer water door de afdichtingen dan door de sproeiers.'

'Building Stefan Resort Sud was a great and fun resort. The reception staff were very accommodating and friendly with their guests. I plan to return due to my family’s experience here. They were flexible too in adding the breakfast option after booking.'

'We had booked 2 flats and paid a warranty of 200 RON for the flats that was not mentioned when we booked the hotel. During check-in they told me the 200 RON will be refunded upon check-out. Today at 6 AM the reception was closed so I contacted them via Whatsapp for them to return my money. Well... instead of returning the money they blocked not once but 3 times the amount of money...now I have 600 RON blocked that I cannot use... they reacted quick and spoke with their bank and now I have to...

'Very nice boutique hotel BUT doesn't have elevator and phone to call front desk, I have to go down like 3 times to let them know things or to get some towels. Is not coffee at the room, you have to go down ordered and pay for it!! '
