'Mooi hotel op het rustige west bank van Luxor. Oase van rust in een afgelegen deel van de stad. Heel vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel die ons erg goed geholpen heeft maar af en toe ook iets te veel aanwezig was. Dat had ook te maken dat wij precies er waren toen het net wat rustiger was in het hotel. Hele leuke kittens, mooi zwembad en heel mooi duurzaam gebouw en faciliteiten. Ook waren we erg tevreden met het vervoer en de tours die we hebben geregeld via het hotel. Eten was ook prima voor...

'The staff/owner/manager made you feel very welcome upon arrival and throughout the entire stay. They helped to carry our luggage to our rooms. 'Great stay, lovely pool with the greatest Nile view, and all staff is so kind and service-oriented, from the reception desk, to the gardemers, from security to barkeeper. You feel at home! Our room was comfortable, the only issue is the fact that there is a mosque nearby, and the morning prayers are early and loud, and the room is not very soundproof... 'De mensen zijn heel vriendelijk maar het hotel is luidruchtig. Om het licht uit te doen tijdens de nacht moesten we de electriciteit afzetten zodat de AC ook niet werkte. We zijn van hotel veranderd na een nacht.'
