'The property is a small block of 7 ensuite rooms with tv, tea-making and a small table n chairs. There is also a comfortable shared common lounge and basic kitchen available to use. It is located close to the base hospital and a rehabilitation (stroke, amputation etc) unit. The idea of this property is for families or patients to have affordable accommodation nearby the centres of healthcare. The same organisation also operates 2 much larger accommodation properties nearby.'

'Wonderful stay. We stayed in a rental renovated extra large room which was so clean and had the best comfy beds. Friendly welcoming staff and the breakfast included was a real value and a welcomed treat. Lots of other extras included which is rare these days. Recommend families as well. Definitely would stay again'

'Good Rooms, staff fantastic, Parking is first in. No set room parking. Restaurant didn't go as the pub up the road is 2min away and cheaper. Meals are too $$ for the same as pub. Small Double beds - good not great'

'For an older motel, the room was clean and tidy. The bed was comfortable. The lady at the reception was very friendly. The location was good for easy walking to venue. Quiet, just off the CBD. '

'Price is good. The only issues were, the queen bed needs a new mattress. Both sides are hollow, when you lay on the end of the bed it feels like you are rolling off. The shower also needs a new shower head/taps. It was dripping all the time. The taps do not close properly anymore.'

'Not every child traveling with adults is a young child . We had our teenage son whom is 6’3 and he couldn’t fit in the bunk beds the only bed option supplied other then parents bedroom . Would be great to offer alternative bedding options for older children '

'Owner Garry was very accommodating of my request for an early check-in. Room was big enough to not feel claustrophobic and very tidy. I will definitely be coming back next time I am in Dubbo. '
