'Communication was poor. Check-in information was kept secret until 15 minutes before check-in. We tried to shower upon arrival but couldn’t find towels. We eventually found a few in the dryer. We alerted owner that towels were limited (towels included and we didn’t want to be accused of stealing them). After several days, owner provided towels. My kids call this Spider House, as bugs were everywhere (despite roach bait on counters). We stayed here for a ball tournament. Fortunately we didn’t...

'The best thing that can be said about this property is that the property manager was adequately responsive to my texts, unfortunately, she was unable to correct the defects at this property.To begin, the code that they gave me for the lock was wrong. It took 20 minutes of my family waiting outside, for them to give me a code that would work.When we did get in the house we found it extremely dirty and in disrepair. There were dead and live insects in both bathrooms and in the downstairs bedrooms....

'Property, location, and neighborhood was great and safe. Nice place. Super responsive to all our needs. That was incredible!! Needs some attention and a few repairs/updates. Master sweet bed was lumpy in the middle. Closet doors in the bathroom were off and just leaning. One couch/futon was broken in the main living room. Pool was out of commission but it wasn’t drained - when you open the curtains you are staring at green algae water and listening to frogs croak.Overall - I would stay here...
