'Clean room, nice and friendly staff. '

'Smelly room; had to clean the kitchenfloor and microwave myself. A few days after we left we had our credit card charged for a stain, the owner claimed. No way we did this. After multiple emails, no change in positions. Therefor, unreliable! Don't go here...'

'Wij bleven in een appartement voor 2 nachten. Geweldig hotel. Ruim en alle faciliteiten aanwezig. Hotel ligt supercentraal. Personeel was heel aardig en enorm attent en behulpzaam. Ik kan het iedereen aanraden.'

'The location was good The first impression was OK Homwever the furnishings are stained and very worn and the couch was very uncomfortable The unit as stuffy especially the bedroom and it you opened a door the noise was disturbing . Our major concern was how slippery the bath became when showering and we consider the bathroom hazardous with no rail to steady oneself when exiting a slippery bath.'

'The room, while a little dated, was very clean and comfortable. It had the amenities we were looking for and was within walking distance of the cable car, Te Papa, Cuba street and the Oriental bay areas. In addition, our arrival was delayed until about 10 pm, 2 hours past the time the reception desk is staffed. Within minutes of me informing them by phone that we would be late they sent me the information for late check-in which was a very easy process and did not delay us reaching our room.'

'This apartment was in a convenient area just a 3 min walk from groceries with many restaurants and cafes. We stayed 5 nights and 3 nights were great. The last two nights were on the weekend and there was a lot of noise - shouting and partying sounds until 3am. I woke up multiple times as the noise was so loud it sounded like people were in my apartment. I would not recommend on a weekend!'
