'LOVELY stay-the proprietors Tim and Janet are wonderful hosts-we were allowed to check in early, shared an informal happy hour and they gave us a lot of local information and happenings. Janet showed a lot of personal touches to the room and it was great to have our own patio. HIGHLY recommend!'

'Stayed 3 nights at Annick House. Felt like our house from the start. Just safe, comfortable and convenient. Great hosts with history to Nelson. Fabulous fresh breakfast.Nick helped us tour, walking routes and taxis. Had great beer at his pub! Little Thai takeaway near his house had fresh dinners at reasonable price. Had our first NZ pie at downtown bakery.. too good. Nelson will be hard to beat.'

'Op de foto's zag het hotel er heel mooi uit, maar helaas toen we dichterbij kwamen, bleek het van buiten slecht onderhouden. Hetzelfde bleek in onze kamer "victorian suite". Niet echt goed schoon, lelijke oude meubels in de en-suite kamer. Keuken was op de gang en duidelijk in gebruik door een eigen personeelslid. Bij aankomst was er niemand aanwezig. De "dog sitter" heeft ons de kamer laten zien, die nog vreselijk koud was (winter). Dit hadden we nergens meegemaakt.Kamer er tegenover stond wijd...

'Beautifully kept historic home turned B&B. Super friendly and helpful owners, and the breakfast was delicious! Nice quiet location but still walkable to central business district. Highly recommend!!'
