This legally registered basement unit features a completely separate, secure side entrance and a private walkout directly to a massive, beautifully landscaped backyard—offering an unparalleled blend of indoor luxury and outdoor relaxation.

The walkout bedroom comes with its own little backyard that guests can sit down and enjoy a cup of coffee outdoors. The master bedroom comes with a walkin closet and enough storage to store essentials. The basement has 7ft high seiling and all windows and doors are above ground. The house is brand new built in an old and mature neighborhood.
