'Almost everything is really good. Above all the fitness area is outstanding for hotel standards. But the showers / water pressure is horrible. At one point the shower was barely dripping. Brought it up to the staff and they were willing to help, but the problem was not fixed (not the fault of the staff)'

'Really neat place and the staff was very friendly. Very clean as well. Only small nummer was that the pool wasn’t functioning. And personally..I think the environment wasn’t very inviting but it was functional. '

'Absolutely loved our brief stay at the Norfolk Guest House. It was clean, charming, had everything we needed and the gardens and patios were beautiful. We were in Guelph for my daughter’s graduation and we took lovely photos in the gardens. Price was great and the host was friendly, efficient and helpful. Everything was easy and we hope to come again for a more leisurely stay!'
