The space
The entire lower level of our home is yours, with its own side entrance. The suite is not shared with anyone else.

Living and dining: An open-concept living area with a sofa and Samsung TV [Smart TV with Netflix, Prime Video, Disney Plus], plus a separate dining area and a desk for working remotely on Bell fibre internet [3 Gbps].

Kitchen: Full-sized appliances (stove, oven, microwave, toaster, electric kettle), cookware, dishes, cutlery, a Nespresso machine and plenty of counter space.

Bedroom: A private bedroom with a queen bed and a closet.

Second sleeping area: A second queen bed in an open-concept area off the living space. It is not a separate room, so it works best for families or guests travelling together. A portable crib is available.

Storage: A large walk-in closet, with room for extended stays and bulky luggage.

Bathroom: Walk-in shower, fresh towels and toiletries. Shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and hair dryer.

Laundry: A private washer and dryer by the side entrance.

Parking: A designated spot on the driveway for up to two vehicles.

Please note: The entrance is down a flight of stairs. We live upstairs, so you may occasionally hear everyday household sounds. Quiet hours are [10 p.m.–8 a.m.].

Guest access
You'll have private use of the entire lower level, the side entrance, the washer and dryer, and your driveway parking. Check-in is self check-in via smart lock / keypad / meet in person, whatever works for you.

The bus stop is a 3-minute walk, and a large park with tennis courts and a playground is within walking distance.
