Worn down. Only 1 elevator working whole time which was really slow to come and go. Coffee station in room not refilled. No garbage cans in room, only bathroom. Very comfy and clean beds. Good blackout curtains

Pool and hot tub was nice. Front desk staff was rude over the phone as property did not offer shuttle services. Kind of in an industrial area.

Expedia lied to me and said they would not give me a refund because the property said they would not where in fact I called the property myself and they said that it is Expedia’s policy. I had made a mistake and contacted you guys the same day after recognizing the mistake . Your customer service rep didn’t seem to care how much I use this service and just shrugged it off . Obviously my business is not worth much to you guys and the way it was handled was very poor. I lost my money on this expect it to be refunded or I will be taking my business else where

I’ve stayed in many hotels in Toronto and this one was by far the best. Even better than The Royal York. The pool is very clean and closes at midnight. Check in was smooth as was check out. Will stay here again for sure.

This is the worst hotel I have stayed in. The staff was RACIST. The hotel DIRTY. I stayed there for a week, the first receptionist. Choose the dirtiest room to give me. I could not sleep that night, nothing worked. I had to change the room in the morning. It was HORRIBLE. I have pictures that I can upload. WORST hotel

You could tell they tried to maintain the room. It was just done sloppily. It was clean. Breakfast was convenient but not a great variety. The cost seemed steep for what was provided. Other hotels offer free breakfast that is much better than this one.

The stay was great. Everyone one was very respectful and polite. On the last day I tried multiple times to ask for a dolly and I was able to get one. I wish they could be a little bit more efficient. The hotel is clean and the rooms were very clean as well.
