Nette en schone hotel.
Alles was netjes en schoon zoals werd aangegeven. Alleen het ontbijt was heel eenvoudig en elke dat exact hetzelfde.

goedkoop, ruim en schoon hotel
Mooi en schoon hotel met grote ruimte. We kregen een kamer op de 14e verdieping, mooi uitzicht 's avonds en een balkon. Enige minpunt is dat je het restaurantpersoneel om 7:00 hoort werken, want onze kamer zat tegenover de ontbijtzaal. Het ontbijt vond ik persoonlijk wat minder, maar er was verse wafel, brood, tosti-apparaat, ei, jam, muffins, melk ,yoghurt etc. Personeel is erg vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Echt een aanrader voor mensen die in Markham verblijven. Naar Toronto centrum duurt het meer dan een uur met OV. Kreeg tip van een inwoner om bij Fairview Mall, 1800 Sheppard Ave gratis te parkeren en vanuit daar het OV te nemen.

The staff is fantastic. I could tell they really care about their visitors. The entire facility was very clean - rooms, lobby, fitness center, business center, and breakfast area. Breakfast had lots of options and the food was fresh. There is a Starbucks located inside the hotel in their bistro. I will be visiting again. There are not many options for food, groceries, shopping without driving.

It was a great experience in staying for 2 nights at this hotel. Everything that we expected were all here. Our room was great with complete appliance and no issues at all. The breakfast was excellent and I just kept on coming back. This is now a place for us to stay whenever we're in Toronto/North York/Markham area in the future. I wish to extend the great services of their front desk/reception who greeted us upon entry to their property and especially to Kaye who explained to me the details of my reservation. To Derrance Luk, who serviced me above and beyond his duties by handling over some new towels and extra coffee sachets, to the dining crew at the breakfast room at 14th floor who make sure that the food array are topped up while keeping the dining tables clean. Overall, their service is impeccable. Thank you again and we will be back soon and thank you for the excellent service.

When i checked in I had to switch room, it was smelling horrible , like fish & burned tirea They gave me a room right in front of the elevator So i heard people screaming & talking all the time Lot of noise everywhere Kids/parties People smoking in their rooms...cigarette & cannabis smells Parking lot is ridiculous Slow elevetors Why the cleaning ladys need the yell at each others Dont waste your time & money go somewhere else

"Fair" as a three-star hotel. I like the parking lot and I also like the fruit water provided at the hall. The 24/7 beverages snacks supply is appreciated, they are not too expensive though.

Worst experience, room smell bad and breakfast was terrible, there was no vegetarian food options. We paid for room with breakfast and there was no vegetarian food. My family had to buy food from outside. I need money back and coupon .

We had a 1 bedroom suite, travelling with our 17-year-old daughter. The full fridge and flatware/dishes/cooking items were a wonderful feature. The pull out couch was a very thin (old) mattress that was really uncomfortable... so the pliable young person was fine but we (less pliable parents) would have been crippled. No fitted sheet or mattress cover, one flat sheet was provided and one very thin blanket. The pool area was hot, like swampy hotel hot, but the pool wasn't heated. It was overrun with screamy young girls so we didn't stay long but it was a nice space. Breakfast in the morning was lovely - standard hotel offerings: waffle maker, bagels/bread, sausages, eggs, muffins, yogurts... Something for everyone and lots of it. The staff we interacted with were amazing. My only real complaint is the seemingly thinness of the walls. Our first night was interrupted by the people upstairs yelling and running all night. Thankfully they left the next night. Overall, this was a great stay. Free Parking is limited but paid parking is not suitable for trucks with back racks/lights. Right beside the highway so convenient to get to.

Generally, I had a very good stay at Townplace Suites. Staff was very warm and friendly. I did not know that I was required to pay for parking as I thought it was free when I booked online. I paid $8 fee per night at booking but when I was checking out, I found out that $60 was placed on hold for parking on my payment method. This should not be. Otherwise, I had a great time and I would gladly recommend Townplace Suites to my friends as an option to stay for vacation.

The king bed we booked is only a Queen bed. The Double sofa bed is actually a single sofa bed. So the booking does not match what we got at all. The swimming pool is not available either.

We were very well received the staff was very nice .. the room was nice and clean but the only down fall is that pool was empty and we were not told , so we couldn’t use it and that was one of our reasons taking the hotel .
