The hotel is adjoint to a pub which plays loud music until midnight, backyards have a wierd setting where fences are not closed off people walk through your backyard. To top it all on Saturday we woke up with a lown mover noise gardener was in our backyard cutting grass at 9am!! Young neighbours in the next door also partied until 2 am and pissed in our garden no one was there to complain no reception at night!!! Never staying there again...

We would like to thank Adrian (Duty Manager on Thursday night of the 4th Jan) for a very professional resolution to a dilemma we had. Adrian listened well and responded to our request promptly and efficiently. We were not made aware that we would be next to loud live music when we booked through Last Minute. While we didn’t end up staying at the motel, Adrian’s understanding and Dawn’s prompt administration the following day is why we are writing this review. It’s about how our dilemma was resolved and the way we were heard and responded too. Once again Adrian, well done for resolving a difficult situation with two very tired people fairly.

This hotel was just right for the one night we were there. The staff was very helpful to give us directions (how to turn on the heat) and the room was spacious.
