'This property is beautiful and peaceful. You definitely need a car to access it as it not a walkable area. With a rental car it’s great. The food was good, pool was cool but nice (pretty deep, so maybe hard with little kids). Gym was tiny (just for one person at a time) but well stocked. Overall I recommend for a peaceful, quiet getaway.'

We arrived at 3:00 PM but had to wait an hour and a half for our room, despite repeated “just 10 more minutes” updates. The promised upgrade to a larger room seemed unlikely, as the hotel was fully booked, and the room was still small.

Super breakfast with lots of fresh cheese, fruits etc and own made cookies. Very central for all places in Puglia to see and visit, don't forget Pugliano old city itselfe! 'I found the hotel quintessentially Italian and lovely but it wouldn't be to everyone's taste eg if you prefer modern. There is air con. Personally I liked the touches like the room door key which I found to be part of its charm. Apollonia (concierge) was always helpful and friendly. '

'I stayed there with my wife and kids for 1 week. super satisfied with the friendliness, facilities , good breakfast and dinner. any questions could be asked of staff , very nice pool bar and every day an hour right to use the SPA which was also definitely nice. highly recommended to stay there and explore Puglia from there!
