'They didn’t have any real amenities. The lobby space was the only social gathering space which was also very small. I usually like hotels with areas to socialize and just hangout at. The hallways were very dim and the light in the rooms were also very dim. A lot of lamps, but not room ceiling lighting. The area was safe. Close to shopping malls, flea markets, and tourism centers which makes it perfect to stay at. no early check in was allowed. :('

'Eduardo from front desk was very warm, helpful, energetic, and respectful. I came across other front desk team members, but Eduardo made us feel special and welcomed. Ricardo was very resourceful. He helped us with our luggage. Every time he saw us, he made sure we had everything we needed. Ricardo and Eduardo made us stay worthwhile.'

'Het hotel is slecht onderhouden, met heel krappe kamers, zeer slechte verlichting in kamers, waardoor men niet eens op bed een krant kan lezen; als men mazzel is er een klein bureautje, ook zonder verlichting. Badkamer is matig geoutilleerd en slecht onderhouden. Ontbijt is inbegrepen maar op sommige dagen is er een rij van 10-15 meter om in de veel te krappe ontbijtruimte op de bovenste verdieping te komen. Dan is het wachten en wachten of omkeren en buiten de deur ontbijten. '

'Me gustó que las camas tienen privacidad con cortinas, y hay luz y conexión para cel en cada una. Los baños aceptables porque no falta la gente sucia. Las regaderas super bien, amplias y limpias. Tienen un pequeño snack bar, muy útil. Si no llevas toalla, te prestan una, dejando depósito de $100. No me gustó que los lockers son muy pequeños, y sobretodo la cocina es un desastre, está en el 3er nivel, es muy sucia, sin utensilios para usar, los que hay, están en pésimas condiciones, ya como para...
