'Staff was extremely friendly and helpful. That is what makes staying there so pleasant. I belive that is their best quality. Because of how the rooms are situated within the hotel, there is no street noise. Cleanliness was also appreciated. We certainly would return in the future.'

'The excellent service started before checking in! I wanted to book a car to pick me up at Mexico City airport. Not speaking any Spanish I was nervous about communicating with the reception desk staff. I need not have been - they put me through to an English speaker and arranged collection. Each of the five days we spent at NH Centro Historico, we were at the desk asking for advice and guidance. The staff were patient and accommodating - always. We also had breakfast and dinner at the inhouse...

'The apartment it self was very nice and spacious and still gave you a great view of the city. It was pretty quiet to sleep in at night and the bedrooms were well equipped and comfortable. The staff were always tentative and helpful. The area is pretty walkable to most of the areas and a lot of place to eat and shop at. Its busy at noon but dies down in the evening. Overall it was a great stay'
