The apartment features two bedrooms, one of them with a front view of the sea and access to the terrace, a fully equipped kitchen, a spacious living-dining room, two bathrooms, and a 30m2 terrace with stunning sea views.



It has high-speed wifi.



The accommodation has air conditioning in the living room and in the bedrooms.



They will be able to enjoy the common areas and the pool after a swim at the beach.



Being on the beachfront, you will have all the restaurants, beach bars, and supermarkets in the area nearby, so you won't need a car to stay at this accommodation.



Smoking is strictly PROHIBITED in this accommodation. In case of non-compliance with this rule, a penalty of 100€ will be applied.



We are always available for our guests.



Check-in hours: 4 pm to 8 pm. If you arrive outside these hours, check your late check-in options.



The community has a swimming pool, it will be open from June 15 to September 30, however depending on your travel dates we recommend you check beforehand to confirm that it is open on your dates.



A penalty of €200 per hour is established in case of not respecting the checkout time rules of this accommodation.



According to the Order of the Andalusian Regional Government published on Monday, October 30, 2023 - Official Gazette number 208, please note that the swimming pool in your building may undergo modifications in schedule or use during this entire period.
