'We booked 2 sea view rooms for 3 nights. Only one room had a sea view and the bathroom in that room had black mould around the ceiling. The other room had a very old mattress and the bedding was old and thin. The pillows in that room were flat. We checked out after 1 night and will not be back. Whilst the staff were friendly, this hotel needs refurbishment, new mattresses, new duvets, pillows, blankets and linen. Mould is injurious to health and no hotel of the calibre that this hotel...

'I was under the impression Fawlty Towers was situated in Torquay, but the complete cast can be found in Bournemouth. Avoid this hotel like the plague. Bathrooms are dirty, old fashioned in the wrong sense of the word and incredibly cramped (room sizes are misrepresented on booking sites). The wiring looked dangerous. Hotel service is non-existent.
