'We were upgrades to a 1 bedroom in the 7th Floor. Which was generally really nice. But then we arrived on Friday night and the 7th Floor terrace was right next to our bedroom and Some tennants were having a small get together on the terrace. And they were allowed to be there until 12. So something to consider when you give a room preference. Nothing against the building itself. Generally: would book again and would recommend!'

'Comfortable room, bed and bathroom. I wouldn't call it a studio, but it does have a fridge, microwave, coffee machine and water cooker. Just no crockery or cutlery. Located close to subway and lots of shops and restaurants in the area.'

'Host was awful! Never responded to my texts messages, took forever to respond via app. The guest pullout bed was tiny and short and stiff and a board. Had no sheets , comforters or pillows! The thermostat was broken and we basically froze at night ( December) . Will not be coming back to this host! '

'My kids LOVED the space! There were a few cosmetic things wrong like the automatic shade was broken without notice BUT I just figured it happened right before our stay. We checked in the night before Thanksgiving. It was such a convient spot to just walk 1/2 a block to 6th Ave to view the parade the next morning.
