'Oh my goodness, to say the staff was great is an understatement. Zara was an absolute doll. She greeted us with a cold drink and litte treats upon arrival. Our rooms were beautiful, comfortable and had incredible views of the islands, pool, ocean & sunsets. 'Prime location with amazing views The hotel is so convenient, you just walk downstairs and within 5 minutes you’re in the heart of Naousa. They connected us to a local woman named Maria for a Greek pastry cooking lesson. She and her son Stavros were so gracious and the pasties were delicious , it was a beautiful experience! I also had the best massages from Alexia and Constantinia at the spa. Everyone was wonderful and we really enjoyed our time there!'

'The only good was the location, only 1 minute walk and you are on the beach and 3 minutes in the center of old town and restaurants. All the rest was not good! 'I am very disappointed about my stay at this hotel. We noticed there was a strong Urine odour in the room and the hotel staff could smell at as well, so they moved us for the night so they could have the room deeply cleaned. The next day we went back at the end of the day to the room and could smell the odour again and found it in the bed. It seems that someone must have wet the bed and it was stinking up the room. The cleaners said they smelt the odour but the manager came in to the room and...

'The hotel is perfect to stay in Pairikia. Port for ferry and bus at a 12min walk and lots of food options within 5 min. Breakfast is great and very diverse. Hotel staff is mega helpful and will arrange anything if asked. Only downside is the bathroom. In comparison tot the hotel and rooms itself it is very outdated and i think mainly the shower needs a update with a little more space to place your toiletries (bag). '
