'The room looked exactly like the pictures. Very clean and location couldn’t be better. Like you are in a peaceful secluded area. My son is a fishing guide in the area and this is just down the road from Craig so super easy access to fishing. Only issue we had was we didn’t have a code to get into the room but people staying there were able to help us get a hold of the property manager. We will definitely stay here again as it’s also the best value in the area.'

'The property has 4 short flights of steps which are more ladders. It will be challenging for anyone with mobility issues and/or small children. Holter is full of algae in late summer, fishing is still good but no one will want to get in the water. It is a one-person kitchen. The A-frame-type roof makes ceiling very close to bed, so watch your head. Holter Lake is a beautiful setting, but with all the additional charges, the price point is very high for the property.'

'Great place to stay. Stayed here for our annual fishing trip on the Mo. Great location being close to Craig. We had to change dates due to rescheduling of our guide and Katie was great in accomodating this. Nice little outdoor area outside the front door to enjoy some beverages after fishing all day. 'Nice, clean place, with all the amenities you need for your stay. Hosts are very friendly and accommodating and on site nearby in case you have any issues. Great place to stay for a small group either passing through or coming to fish the Missouri. It is just downriver from the Hardy Bridge or some call “The Untouchables Bridge”, as seen in the movie the Untouchables. even though it’s just above an RV park, it is very peaceful with enough parking for two boat trailers.'

'This property was excellent for our annual Christmas cabin. Our family really enjoyed the space and thought it was our favorite location thus far. The kitchen was very well stocked (think food processor, blender) and plenty of place settings. Beds were comfy and bedding was abundant. My only note for future stayers is that the water is very strong in sulfur odor. I would suggest bringing your own water.'
