'Extremely quiet and peaceful. Surrounded by farmland and close to Seneca lake. One of the beds is a foam mattress to put on the floor. You’ll have to cover the motion detector light if you want to sleep.'

With a large dock, kayaks, a boat lift for overnight storage. Plenty of parking! Clean and super nice. It was perfect for our family reunion!'
