'We enjoyed the rental very much and the location was excellent in a quiet area. We enjoyed sitting outside on the deck and down by the waterfront in the evening. Our only complaint would be the window air conditioning units not quite keeping the bedroom cool, but that wouldn’t keep us from staying here again!'

'Clean and convenient townhouse. Great location on the water!'

'We reserved this location for our annual family reunion. Our group was 12 people and we had no issues. The house was clean, very well maintained and the layout was great for our group. Plenty of bathrooms, which was important for our group. The house was solid. Our room was on the basement level and we did not hear any footsteps overhead. We were there for the hottest week of the summer, so far, and the climate control handled it just fine. The appliances were modern. The grounds were peaceful...

'Whitney is a great host! This apartment is much bigger than the pictures make it appear. The kitchen is awesome, the marina docks are well maintained and there’s power at each one with a regular 110 volt outlet, no need for an adapter. The beds are wonderful and the ceiling fans really cool the bedrooms well. I am already making plans to return next year! Thank you, for everything, Whitney!'

'This property was awesome! Stayed with some co-workers for a fishing charter trip. House was clean and fit 5 people comfortably. Met the people at the rental house next door and made new friends. Property has a bunch of firepits with awesome view of the sunset over Boldt Castle. The owners were great to communicate with and very accommodating. We are hoping to have the entire office stay at the Ledges for next year's fishing trip.'

'The large family room area was perfect for a large group! We spent hours together spread between the huge couch and very large family dining table for meals and games. The view of the river from there was perfect for watching large ships pass. Doug was both amenable and kind. '

'Amazing house. Perfect for our family size (12 adults and 3 children). Great location conveniently between Clayton and Alex Bay. Dock was great for bringing a boat with easy access to the river. It was everything we needed. '

'While only at this cabin for 2 nights, we had a glorious time playing in the water, listening to the river, and skywatching over a campfire! The attention to detail in the decor, supplies, and directions was perfect! The outdoor decks were laid out in a manner to provide fantastic views of the river and offer shade if needed. Great time!- only piece of advice, if you are coming when it's hot outside, bring a fan or two.'

'My family’s stay was the best! The cottage has everything you need, comfortable with peaceful surroundings. The lake is a nice size but not overly busy - fishing was good too. Owners very responsive if anything needed. Highly recommend!'

'Alexandria Bay is a beautiful area with more to do than I imagined. The food, distillery, UncleSam Boat Tour with the rich history of the area was amazing. '
