'We absolutely loved our stay here. The staff is wonderful, kind, and very helpful for getting around Hakuba! It’s very close to Goryu and several restaurants. They also serve dinner and breakfast there if you don’t want to go out, and the food truck outside is a big plus. It was great to have a quiet accommodation near the slopes. The dry room has a spot to place your ski equipment as well. '

'The stay is modest and older but that’s totally fine! The host is so kind and helpful and the beds and bathrooms were clean! It’s def a place you can meet other travelers and is SO close to the train station!'

'We recently stayed at Kinjohro during our visit to Kanazawa. The staff were truly wonderful, incredibly courteous, attentive, and eager to help. Their hospitality was warm and genuine, and they were easily the highlight of our stay.
Unfortunately, the property itself did not live up to the expectations set by the price point. The building feels quite worn, with threadbare carpets and bathrooms that could benefit from a much deeper cleaning and maintenance. We also woke up with multiple bug...
