'Of course there is a 7 eleve n right opposite the S115 Residence hotel , as well there is the Emperial Mall plaza by the BTS Sky Line Train 1 Stops only in samrong area ,over the Hotel have excellent staff from the reception to the cleaners all are friendly , Hotel room clean 2 bottles of Free water every day , excellent stay I enjoyed it thanks 🙏 '

'Hotel is fine for the area.. it's not a modern slick new build, but a local pleasant functional hotel.. has a bar attached that I didn't use. Staff were nice. Has a shop, and is near shops and things. The only downside were that we had no windows in the room so it smelled a little stale. AC was good and bathroom was fine. Bed was comfy enough'

'Worst hotel I have ever stayed at. How it has a 7.4 rating is unbelievable. We had room on 5th floor and there is no elevator. Hot water not working in shower. Bed is a 3 inch pad on a steel frame and you can feel every bar underneath pad on your body, sleeping on floor would be better. No tv, and room looked tired and run down. I stayed one night and couldn’t wait to get out of there. '

'Toilet in the room kept getting blocked - it was gross . The staff were lovely but ultimately couldn’t fix the issue . The buffet breakfast is terrible - boiled eggs weren’t even cooked properly, the sunny side eggs tasted like rubber and the scrambled eggs were runny . Fruits seemed like they had been sitting for a few days. Location wise it’s convenient and had a 7-11 within walking distance along with a laundromat as well .The bathrooms need a Reno .'

'Curbside food very close by. Drip coffee either in the hotel or outside on the corner across from 7-Eleven which is right across the street from the hotel. Overall for Access to downtown was handy. About 25 minutes to get to the ancient Temple museum. I imagine it would be the same amount of time to drive to the water market that we didn't visit on this day. I will stay at this hotel again. Very good The rooms are very nice and for the price you can't beat it'

'Room was ok, staff was friendly but not very helpful with recommendations. Their English was somewhat limited but enough to communicate the basics. The food was marginal, and my husband saw roaches roaming around the breakfast buffet twice. We stopped eating breakfast there. They charged us 200 bhat because one of the pillowcase had a stain. Location was ok. Would not stay there again given the opportunity.'

'The photos are deceptive. The rooms are small and dark. We didn't get a drop of hot water while we were there, or anyone to clean our room for the weeklong stay. Apparently, that is extra. We checked out 3 days early, and they refused to refund the difference from our shortened stay. '
