Mix up pre-arrival with the room payment meant personal funds had to be used to cover a work assignment- they could have done better in this regard.

'This motel is probably the best motel we have ever stayed in. The room was nicely decorated and looked modern and fresh, the bed was super comfy and everything was clean. The kitchen area and bathroom had everything we needed. Plenty of parking too.
We arrived very late and the lovely lady put our heater on for us so we didn’t arrive to a cold room. '

'Stayed on a sunday as we were attending a wedding at the next door property. Tranquil park was a great option. The rooms were large and the view amazing. Pay the extra for the mountain view! Staff were warm and welcoming and assisted with getting us to the venue next door so we didn't have to walk on the road. Definitely recommend. '
