'This flat is spacious, clean, and comfortable. There are collections of books that are fun to look through. My family (me and spouse 2 adult kids) had plenty of room. The location is right on the edge of the park and surrounded by different types of restaurants. For first time visitors to Amsterdam, stairs are quite steep. This is generally common. 'We arrived early and were easily accommodated in bringing our luggage upstairs so we could go and explore the city. The hosts helped us bring our luggage up. It’s true that there are lots of stairs to the charming apartment but with help, it’s no big deal lugging bags up. And bringing them down is pretty simple. The spot is probably not the best for persons who have difficulty climbing narrow stairs or for small children but for healthy and fit persons, it’s perfect. Each day, we walked a lot...

'Loved the location. Communication could have been better prior. Had to ask for towels and a hair dryer. He accommodated quickly. Would stay there again since location is in the heart of Amsterdam. Crazy stairs up to unit, if you have climbing issues beware. Couch in living room is really a small futon but he did provide an air mattress. Probably best for only 2 people in unit or a small child with parents. Overall good!! Loved Amsterdam!!'

'JC met us during the check in to help bring up our luggage as he’s accustomed to Dutch stairwells (they are steep). LOL! He also gave us a quick tour of the apartment. The place was clean and had plenty of space in the living room/dining room and kitchenette. The toilet is separate from the shower. The washer/dryer combo is so handy for a long trip. JC left us some stroopwafels, water, and other drinks, which were so satisfying after a long day walking around Amsterdam.'

'The property was very clean and had everything we needed. Our hosts were attentive to all the details and we loved the location. Quiet but near shopping, restaurants, and trams. The only real challenge is that it is on the 4th floor so getting our luggage up 81 steep steps was not easy. We are both over 70 years old and in pretty good shape so we managed but would have liked to know this detail before.'

'Als wir eine Gruppe von 5 Leuten in der Unterkunft angekommen sind, waren wir erstmals sehr erschrocken, wie dreckig, unsauber und modrig das Apartment war. Es entspricht nicht der Beschreibung bzw. Den Bildern wie abgebildet. Für diesen Preis eine Riesen große Frechheit. Nach Kontakt mit der Vermieterin, wurden wir nur an die Agentur überwiesen, jedoch ohne weiteren Erfolg.
