'Amazing and very cosy hotel. It only has 3 rooms but that is the charme of this hotel. In return you have a very relaxed morning with a good breakfast. They use fresh ingredients for the breakfast and they don't use sugar. The thing I liked the most (and I think that is also the nr1 reason to book here) is the amazing view over the Douro valley. Marco and his wife Ana are very friendly and helpful. They also offer a great full day tour in the Douro valley with amazing lunch! I would recommend...

'The property is well situated about half way if doing the Douro drive loop. Grounds are lovely with rooms overlooking vineyards - very serene and quiet. Lots of onsite parking. Staff encourage picking and eating fruit off the trees - the oranges are excellent! There is a nice pool area. At check in staff member was very helpful suggesting points of interest, restaurants, etc. The room and washroom was very dated with a large veranda. There was mold on the ceiling in the washroom. 'My only regret is not staying longer. Everything about our stay was perfect. The owners are wonderful! We drove in from across Spain, and we were ready to unwind after a long journey; they made us feel at home - we loved it. This stay, albeit short, was one of the highlights of our trip. Dinner was great! Definitely planning on returning. '

'Na day door Dour valei tijden prima plek om te slapen. Netjes verzorgd, beperkte mogelijkheid om te eten, tapas wel goed verzorgd. In directe omgeving is geen eetgelegenheid. Hotel ligt niet in Sabrosa maar in gehucht iets verder op'
