Dit onlangs bijgewerkte huisje in de buurt van Traverse City ligt aan de oostkant van Long Lake. Gasten zullen genieten van 100 ’s privéstrand aan zand met harde bodem, inclusief een nieuw aluminium dock met een patio. De bootlancering van de particuliere vereniging is minder dan 300 meter verwijderd. Dit charmante huisje is volledig ingericht met alle typische keukenapparatuur en is inclusief linnengoed. Het huis beschikt over vier slaapkamers (1 King, 3 Queens, 1 Twin stapelbed) en 2 badkamers allemaal op een niveau. Deze locatie is ongelooflijk rustig en heeft de meest fantastische zonsondergangen, allemaal in een vriendelijke familiegerichte boomrijke buurt.

Downtown Traverse City ligt op 10 minuten rijden. Gasten zullen blij zijn met deze centrale locatie ten opzichte van Traverse City entertainment, Interlochen Center for the Arts, casino's, duinen, golfen, skiën en alles wat de grotere gebieden Grand Traverse, Leelanau en Benzie te bieden hebben.

Standaard huishoudelijke apparaten zijn koffiezetapparaat, magnetron, broodrooster, kookgerei, servies en vaatwasser. Het huis is volledig ingericht inclusief linnengoed, (2) tv's, wifi, propaangrill, wasmachine en droger, airco en warmte. Long Lake Peninsula heeft ook een privéverenigingspark (honkbaldiamant, basketbal, speeltoestellen), verenigingsstrand en boothelling waar gasten van kunnen genieten.

Perfect!

This VRBO is the best (and we travel!). This full house has it all: comfortable beds, easily controlled temperature, great open spaces, plentiful seating, a fully stocked kitchen ready for use, and even a grill with outdoor seating! The view of the lake greeted us every morning, and the remote location is fabulously close to the city and all the conveniences you could need/want. Even the parking is simple and plentiful. Additionally the host was friendly and helpful with clearly outlined instructions for entry and exit, we will be back.

Long Lake Living

The Loon Landing was fabulous. The host was very easy to communicate with. The home exceeded our expectations and the lake views from the livingroom, kitchen and dining room were beautiful. Location was outstanding and a short distance to all activities and shopping.

Beware of rental contract terms and security cameras

I rented this property for a family funeral. As soon as we arrived, we noticed a security camera that the owners watch you on this. We had family over for dinner one night because my mom is 89 years old and does not move well and I got a text from the owner that we were breaking our rental agreement with more than 8 people on the property and more than 3 cars. Keep this in mind if you rent this property. They also did not give me back my full deposit.

Enjoying Traverse City

Relaxing Respite

This property was perfect for our multigenerational family gathering for a long weekend. The one level home was great for my in-laws who use canes and walkers. The furniture was comfortable and the house was stocked with necessary and desired supplies. Audrey was easy to communicate with prior to and during the stay. It was a welcome break away. The big glass windows gave us a great view of the frozen lake and the snow covered trees. I highly recommend this home as a vacation spot. I can only begin to imagine how great it is in the summer time!

We took my Mom (83) for a fun family get away and she loved it and the house. The great thing about this ranch mid century style is having everything on one level. Huge bonus for folks with mobility limitations. Plus the house is great!

Comfortable home with spectacular view of the lake! Convenient boat launch 50 yards from home's dock. Quiet & friendly neighboring homes. Ample privacy, and convenient to restaurants and shopping.

Gorgeous Lake House!!

Great Vacation spot

This was the perfect location and house for an up north getaway for our family. House very comfortably sleeps 8 with plenty of room. Long Lake is a great lake for any activity. We rented a boat for the week and the dock worked perfectly. My 5 year old nephew was able to walk around in the sandy shallow area and chase minnows as well as jump off the dock at the end. Each evening we watched the sunset from the firepit. This is a perfect spot for day trips to the entire area (wineries, Traverse, sleeping bear dunes, etc.)

There were 8 of us and the cottage worked beautifully for us all.

We loved the location and the fact that the lake was just a few steps away from the house,. We had wonderful views of the lake and found that the A/C and fans kept us vey comfortable at night. The kitchen was well appointed and the fridge was pretty new. We were happy that the w/d were large because we had to do some laundry most nights. We hope to stay at this cottage the next time we come up.
