This historic 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom condo, located on E Front St, offers you a unique opportunity to experience the charm of the Martinek Building, which has been a cherished part of Traverse City's rich history. Originally built in 1922, the Martinek Building has been lovingly restored to provide you with modern comfort while preserving its timeless character.

The Space:
With a comfortable layout that accommodates up to 4 adults and 3 children, our condo is the perfect spot for your family or group getaway. The condo was meticulously renovated and designed in 2023, ensuring that every detail caters to your comfort and convenience.

**Kitchen**

Our kitchen is a masterpiece, custom-built to meet all your culinary needs. It's equipped with top-of-the-line appliances, ensuring you have everything you need to prepare meals and snacks during your stay. Whether you're a seasoned chef or just want to heat up some leftovers from the fantastic local restaurants, you'll find this kitchen a joy to use.

**Bedrooms**

The master bedroom is a sanctuary of relaxation. It offers quick access to our expansive back patio, which is completely private to our unit. The comfortable bed and thoughtfully selected furnishings provide a cozy retreat after a day of exploring Traverse City. Equipped with a large ensuite bathroom with a beautiful walk in shower. In the bedroom you'll find a large walk in closet for storage.

The second bedroom offers privacy & a separate full bathroom (with tub). Beautiful brick walls & a large closet for storage!

The third sleeping option is ideal for children, however there is one thing to note; to access the loft sleeping area it is required to take a spiral metal staircase that is narrow. Once in the loft, please note the ceiling hight is roughly 3 ft!

**Outdoor Space**

Step outside onto our spacious back patio, which offers an outdoor dining area and a lounging space. This is the perfect spot to enjoy a morning coffee or an evening glass of local wine while taking in the stunning views of the Boardman River and Grand Traverse Bay. The patio is also an excellent place for family gatherings or enjoying a quiet moment in the fresh Traverse City air. You may access from our back entrance or via the Primary bedroom!


Our unit offers two entry doors. One directly from Front Street for easy access after a day out in town! The back entrance is from the alley, where we offer two parking spaces. You'll take two flights of stairs up to our back entrance off the back patio.

You won't find a more prime location in Traverse City! Situated on Front Street, you're within walking distance of everything downtown Traverse City has to offer. From nationally recognized restaurants, bars, locally-owned shops, breweries, and tasting rooms, to the pristine shores of Grand Traverse Bay and the beach, you'll have access to all the best this charming city has to offer.

We happily offer all guests basic supplies for the home, including: shampoo & conditioner, body wash, hand soap, luxury towels, basic spices & oil for cooking, paper towel, toilet paper, kleenex, laudnry soap, dish soap, walnut dish scrubs, garbage bags, make up wipes, iron & ironing board, blow dryers, coffee & cream & sugar, and cleaning products. Other Things to Note:
*Please note the unit is on a second floor and requires stairs to access! We do not have an elevator. Reach out to Bayshore Vacation Rentals for any questions!

Check-In: Is at 4pm (Early Check-in is not possible due to our cleaning crew needing to complete their work)
Check-Out: Is at 10am (We are unable to accommodate late check-out, our cleaning service will arrive at the house promptly at 10 AM.)
