'Amazing place to stay in Sebastian. Walking distance from several restaurants, including an Italian restaurant with the best garlic rolls we've ever had and some of the best pizza! We took a few day trips out to Sebastian Inlet State Park and saw dolphins, manatees, crabs, a sting ray and lots of fish. We think snorkeling there will be better in the summer time. 'Horrible! Old, disgusting smell of mold/mildew coming out of AC we couldn’t even stay there we had to cancel thru Expedia and find another hotel. It’s dated and old the rooms probably haven’t been updated n ten years. Hotel since we booked thru Expedia didn’t even try to give us another room, not that we would have stayed but at least try. Luckily Expedia was able to get us a cancellation refund. Only thing that looked decent was pool '

'The rental was perfect for what we needed! Our hosts were super sweet and accommodating despite us checking in really late. They responded quickly when messaged, and overall were good to us. The rental itself was just a tad bit small, but it worked. The main room was mostly taken up by the king bed, counters, and fridge w/ microwave. Despite that, it still had good walking room and was very cute and minimalistic. Now into the bathroom… The bathroom was huge! It had plenty of space, the toilet...

'Great location just minutes off expressway. Publix two minutes away. Kitchen well stocked except for a few items (no 9 x 11 or 11 x 13 pans and no pizza pans). Trash can in kitchen way too small. Large fridge with icemaker. Very comfortable beds. Bed in master very high off floor even for 5 ft 7 inch person. Needs a stool in there for shorter people to be able to get in bed. Some of beds have only sheets on them with no bedspreads. Needs to provide more and bigger blankets. Also needs chair to...
