Galentines weekend
Thank you kindly for allowing us to spend our Galentine’s weekend in your beautiful home ! We enjoyed all the aesthetics from the wall decor , to the chalk board , to the cozy bedrooms ! We also enjoyed sitting out on the deck , and can not wait to come back during the warm summer nights !

Sesame place
It was a pleasant stay. We enjoyed each room it had nice decor. We loved how each room had acs. It was a humid weather and we cooled off. We went to go to sesame place and enjoyed how close it was.

Rip off false advertisement
We never even checked in. Area and location was totally not fitting for a family. The pics on the web site made it look totally different from actual. When we got there, trash all over the site property, loose and barking dogs. Within view of property, drug transactions and usage. I did not feel safe leaving my car on property nor even walking outside the unit. Did not stay was hoping for a refund at least a partial refund, Very disappointed. This property should be removed at once. Very misleading.

In all fairness, .,you never stayed at our place. We sent instructions on how to enter and you chose not to enter - Our responsibility is/was to provide a safe clean space to enjoy with your family.,you never gave us the opportunity ,We have security cameras on the premises and our private parking lot is well lit and safe! We have never had a complaint prior to yours! I personally visit the apartment regularly and I have never witnessed such activities that you mentioned. I’m actually appalled .,we advised you of the cancellation policy and if further guidance is needed to please contact VRBO directly.We are,really sorry for the outcome but we stand behind our mission.
