'It was a nice property. Our room however was outdated. We stayed at the same hotel in Downtown Dallas a month ago and our room was more modern in Texas. You could see the water damage to the walls in the bathroom & by the bed. The wood was colored red with what appeared as permanent marker. The couch was stained severely. Otherwise the staff was phenomenal!! Very kind staff, thank you for the stay.'

'I have no words. This place looks nothing like the pictures. I was just looking for a cheap place to stay during a trip with my young son. I didn't expect royalty, but I expected "acceptable motel". I arrived to a woman sitting on the curb crying to a group of people that she had been robbed. My son was scared. There was what appeared to be drug activity in the parking lot. 'The most disappointing part was the staff at the front desk. They were not particularly helpful, nor were they empathetic at all. When questions were posed to them they simply said they did not know taking no initiative to help at all because they clearly did not care. Also the parking situation was in a public lot and they didn’t even validate. Overall, meh.'

'Hotel is centrally located with outdoor rooftop pool (although it’s small for the hotel size). 'I stayed here for my birthday and honestly it was the best experience Ive had in a hotel so far, when I told the lady at the front desk it was my birthday she upgraded my room to a city view and also included a discount for my breakfast, I was delivered flowers at night as well literally 10/10 staff. Dont even get me started with the spa, beautiful experience will definitely be back.'
