'Clean room, great area, but staff was very unhelpful. We were told they would be able to assist with transportation for our next destination when I asked days in advance. I had initially messaged the property with no response, and then asked again over 24 hours prior to our departure for help. I was told the person at the front desk would help the morning of checkout. Unfortunately, the entire time we stayed here we never saw any staff aside from checking in, and on the morning of our checkout...

'The hotel nightly tax could only be paid in euros, not by credit card. I found that suspect. I inadvertly booked for one person even though we were a couple. Well it turns out there is a additional 20 euro charge for an extra person. So we acquired euros and paid three nights times two person 6 euro hotel tax =36 euros plus 20 euros extra person fee. My receipt was never updated to reflect the change. They really mean it to let them know when you arrive. This is about a five room operation.'

Centraal gelegen in historische centum. Beste locatie om alle bezienswaardigheden te voet te doen. Vele leuke restaurantjes in de buurt. Top ligging. Wij komen zeker terug!'

'Superlocatie op loopafstand van alle bezienswaardigheden en in een gezellig straatje waar je zo een terras op kan. Eenvoudig maar helemaal prima. Ontbijt aan de overkant is erg lekker maar ook erg uitgebreid. Naast de locatie zit een supermarkt warrvoor dat ook een oplossing zou kunnen zijn '

'Deconcept house is in Prati area of Rome. It’s a quiet, non touristy location. It is located just 2 blocks from the Lepanto stop on Metro line A. It is 2 blocks from the river and a 15 minute walk from Piazza del Popolo. The rooms are large, the staff is very helpful. I would recommend.'
