The owners are so welcoming and nothing is too much trouble
The bedroom and ensuite is beautifully decorated, cosy and comfortable and the breakfast all freshly cooked and piping hot is delicious.

The room had a good sized fridge in it which was a very good idea for keeping snacks fresh and milk fresh for tea. It was a very clean room
The guesthouse is situated in the centre of the small town of Lampeter and is more reasonably priced than most establishments and they are nice people working there.

Rooms were clean and have tv, tea coffee facilities, also lots of hanging space. Beds were comfy. This is a pub with a restaurant, we dined twice and the food was phenomenal, the sunday carvery was excellent. Good choice of drinks.
