'This stay made my trip! The grounds are beautiful. The hotel is amazing with it's unique details of antique furniture and art throughout. The rooms are large, exceptionally clean and beautiful... although the beds could be a slight more comfortable...I suppose they might be to some who prefer a very firm bed. 'This place was perfect for a long guy’s weekend getaway! The setting is every bit as beautiful as the pictures show. We rented a pontoon boat from Fish Springs Marina, about a 20 minute boat ride from the house. We enjoyed paddling the cove and one of the boys caught a 4 pound largemouth! The kitchen was very well appointed for cooking. The fire pit was a highlight as the sun set and the covered porch with propane fire was a perfect alternative on a night of scattered showers.
