'Heat wasn’t working, took 2nd day to get it looked at and fixed. I had to repeatedly initiate the communication about this issue. When I was finally contacted, I was told only HVAC repair person could fix it. The next day after I called and texted, a maintenance man(not hvac) showed up and did find the problem. 'Super clean. Brought our small dog, myself, hubby, and 11 year-old son. We enjoyed the hot tub which was easy to use and the back deck is nice and secure. Washer and dryer on site.Host was easy to contact and very responsive. Checking in and out very easy. We absolutely adored the motive/theme and the hand painted murals. Space is super cute!
