'Everything was as described. Beautiful views, beautiful house. All of your needs were met and more. We didnt have any issues, but I know if we did, Karen wouldve been rigjt there for us. Those stairs are no joke, though. If youre in shape, you wont have any issues. If youre older and not in shape, those stairs will kick your butt, lol. We very much enjoyed our stay and exploring the area around. '

'If you’re looking for seclusion but still be close to civilization, this was it. I was by myself taking a few days away from the family for a reset and it was fabulous. Very little traffic noise, actually there was hardly any. And there were fireflies at night. It was great'

'Wonderful stay! We enjoyed walking our dog by the river and on the well maintained grounds. We also enjoyed the beautiful view of the river from the balcony each morning with coffee. The Laurel cabin was cozy with everything needed to feel like home away from home. '

'This is a spacious home, with a beautiful front room that faces a pond. It's in a very relaxing location. Furniture is minimalist, could use an extra chair. On this trip, my sisters and I spent 3 days there and went to Barter theater to watch "Frozen." My nephew enjoyed the fishing. Great place, great show. I would recommend this place to anyone looking to relax.'

'Beautiful place right on the river.'

'Great, short stay at Mike's place. Cabin was cozy and had great amenities. Host communication was prompt and efficient. Would highly recommend.Two downsides:#1 - we couldn't stay longer!#2 - dogs across the street are kind of noisy...but that's not on Mike, just the nature of dogs.'

'This location was an overall amazing stay! Nice and quiet, with a very cozy atmosphere both inside and out. Along with the homeowner, Mrs. Janet, being super responsive and attentive during the entirety of my stay. The next time I come back to Erwin, I'll have to make sure I book this location for my next stay!'

'Conveniently located. Clean. Well equipped and surprisingly quiet despite being near I-26. Super cute. The property manger is very responsive especially if anything comes up. While this property isn’t quite as nice as one of their other ones I stayed in during a past visit, it is definitely above average for the price. 'The cottage was peaceful and a perfect place to send my parents to relax. The check in process was a bit odd, the cottages are not clearly marked, they had to guess which cabin was theirs and try their code. Otherwise, this place was perfect. Cozy, clean, and the hosts were quick in response and great hosts! '

'Everything was fantastic!! From check in to check out. We loved having the privacy and enjoyed the hot tub. Very spacious and beautifully decorated. Grest location between bigger towns. '

'We have stayed in this cabin several times and it never disappoints. It is very clean and well stocked. Check-in was very easy.'

'This was a very clean and comfortable apartment. It was well decorated and just plain cozy. We were in town to watch a nephew play with the Johnson City Doughboys and it turned out this place was only about 5 min from the stadium! Added unforeseen benefit! We were able to bring our dog as well. We were able to get around Johnson City and the surrounding area easily. And there is an adorable front porch to relax on. '

'We had a quick one-night stay at this lovely downtown apartment loft. It is very clean & cute and had everything we could have needed. Our kids were excited to stay in a "luxury loft" b/c we usually stay in cabins on our way back from the Outer Banks. It is within walking distance to so many restaurants & shops, and a short drive to the Johnson City Doughboys baseball stadium, which was fun! 'My family’s and I stay here was absolutely amazing. The property location is absolutely stunning with amazing views of the mountains and the cows are a plus. The Host was the sweetest and kindest person I’ve ever met, easy to get a hold of if we ever needed anything or just a simple question. I highly recommend this Vrbo if you are looking to escape any crazy or chaotic place you live just to enjoy peace and serenity.'
