Airco doet het niet, maar je hebt toch een raam.
Een heerlijke omgeving en een mooi hotel. Helaas was het erg warm en de aircondition deed het niet. Er werd naar gekeken, maar niemand kon wat doen. De geboden optie was het raam open te zetten. Toen ik vroeg of dit inderdaad het enige was wat er gedaan kon worden werd meneer geirriteerd. Koel werd het helaas niet. Bij uitchecken kreeg ik 8 euro korting op de parkeerkosten a 24 euro per nacht. Voor een hotel met prijzen richting de 150 euro incl. parkeerplaats vind ik persoonlijk niet dat dit de kapotte airco rechtvaardigt.

Una suite muy bien ubicada para un grupo de 5 o +
Excelente ubicacion para conocer Trieste, la suite cuenta con todos los servicios y muy limpia. No cuenta con recepcion, hay que ir a un hotel que esta a la vuelta. El desayuno muy recomendable y el cafe exquisito.

Sijainti on aivan loistava historiallisessa remontoidussa kiinteistössä. Remontointi oli kauttaaltaan laadukasta ja executive suite puitteiltaan aivan upea. Ongelmana oli, että WC- istuimen vesisäiliö täyttyi vain aika ajoin. Huomautin siitä vastaanottoon kolmasti, mutta asia jäi lopulta korjaamatta. Joka kerta vastaanottovirkailija tarttui kyllä asiaan ja ainakin kahdesti korjaaja kävi paikan päällä saamatta asiaa kuitenkaan kuntoon. Luultavasti korjaus vaatisi ammattimiehen ja varaosia, jotta se saataisiin kuntoon. Ei voi olla niin, että tuon hintaisessa hotellissa asiat eivät ole kunnossa. Toinen asia. Aamiainen oli, kuten vastaanottokin viereisessä Hotel Continentalessa. Aamiainen valmistettiin tilauksesta, mutta se ei kyllä ollut hintansa arvoinen. Lisäksi palvelu oli hidasta. Vaikutti, että yksi miespuolinen työntekijä yritti ohjeistaa muita, mutta mielestäni tuloksetta. Kokonaisuutena majoitus ei ollut hintansa arvoinen.

Great hotel in the center of Trieste. Close to Piazza Unita D’Italia as well as the Grand Canal. On great shopping street and lots of great restaurants nearby. Hotel offers reasonably priced car valet car service.

What an incredibly impressive historic building (1907) with updated, modern interiors. Units A and B are across the street from the Continentale Hotel, while units C and D are just around the corner. Staff at the hotel are wonderful, and breakfast is included. Daily housekeeping for the suites. The Palace Suites are incredibly quiet.

If you have a rental, very hard to get to. Parking is a pain and that’s with the ability to valet. The office to check in differs from the place you stay and is confusing. It’s mentioned in the reservation but the address is not provided. The air conditioning didn’t work well and it stated they had laundry (washer) but our suite/apartment didn’t have one. (We selected it because there was one). This is an apartment not a hotel. Breakfast was not included and over priced. It was fine for one night but expensive.

Lots of positives including an excellent location, friendly staff and great space for families. The room is nothing fancy but clean and efficient. Check in was difficult as we actually had to check in the hotel next door and get a key, but there were no clear instructions and it took a while to figure that out. Note you are staying in apartment like building and have to walk to the hotel which is near by though. Some of our family members were staying at a different hotel for a cheaper price near by and their room and hotel were significantly better. Anyways Trieste is charming city and this is a solid overall hotel but there may be other options worth exploring.

Luxury accomodations
We were there initially for one night, but we extended our stay and the hotel gave us a decent rate including breakfast. We are happy we stayed there and if we come to Trieste again would definitely consider staying there again.

I thought I was getting a hotel room, granted a Luxury Room by my standards. Apparently it was basically an Apartment, and I liked the heavy iron wrought iron and glass door to get in, made it feel exclusive and very private. The hardest part was finding in I had to basically elsewhere. A little "Check in is at the Continental Hotel across the 'street'" would have been helpful

The reception staff were very friendly but the conditions of the hotel were uncomfortable. In fact it was not a hotel, but apartments. There was a bell to call reception but no one answered. We had to cross the street to go to the Continental Hotel, present the documents and return with the suitcases to the apartments. When we arrived, the elevator was going up some stairs that made it difficult even for the receptionist with the suitcases. Later in the apartment there was no shower gel or hand soap.

Great stay but tricky to find without instructions
WE had reserved in the palace suite not realizing it wasn’t a hotel but more apartments across the street from the hotel. With the pedestrian streets it was difficult to find where to leave the car and check in. Once that was all sorted out our stay was fabulous. Beautiful room with kitchenette. Staff helpful at check out time.

Everything was great, location, comfort, kitchen amenities. This is perfect apartment for families in the most centric and vibrant area of Trieste. The weather was not so good that day, so it was a bit cold in the room and it took time to heat up due to high ceilings. I would return to this place, it was fantastic.

Perfect location inside old town and right next to castle hill. Kind and helpful staff. Excellent breakfast even had scrambled eggs some mornings. Plus I had a great time bird watching especially at Tivoli gardens (three new lifers). A real oasis of calm and beauty.

Fantastic location, central to walking streets in city center, staff were first rate, especially at reception desk. Room was nicely appointed, a little dated - but comfortable and good space to spread out. Biggest issue: shower was pathetic. It looked super fancy with nozzles, sprayers, and overhead shower head, but nothing worked, and water came out in a trickle. Also quite small, and showering was near impossible due to zero water supply/pressure. Rinsing off - especially the undercarriage bits - was very difficult. Too bad because otherwise the place was great.

Die Unterkunft war sehr schön. Waren mit 3 Erwachsenen in einer Wohnung. Leider war etwas kompliziert mit t dem Check In . Wir standen (mehrere Kunden) vor der Suite Palace-Tür, und wussten nicht wie wir den Schlüssel oder den Check In absolvieren können/müssen. Nach mehrmaligen telefonischem Kontakt, wurde uns im Continental geholfen. Parkplätze sind schwierig, aber das Hotel hilft hier gerne weiter und bietet für 15€ einen Parkservice an. Danach konnte der Urlaub richtig entspannt beginnen.
