They communicated very promptly over messages and calls, and gave us clear information about parking, amenities, and check-in/check-out which made everything stress-free from the start. 'I was only booked in for one night. Young man who booked me in was very friendly and assisted me with taking my suitcases up stairs as unfortunately there is no lift. The stairs are rather narrow. The room was very spacious, clean and the bed was comfortable. Food from restaurant was good and fairly reasonable. Unfortunately I didn’t get breakfast which is included as I had an early train to catch.'
