Hello! Thank you for your feedback. We are sorry to hear you did not enjoy your stay. Luggage storage, parking and shampoo are things we do not provide - and we do not mention this on our pages. In regards to the Wi-fi there was unfortunately a problem with our provider, that we were not able to fix our self. We are very sorry for this situation. The apartment has a washing machine and a drying rack. We are sorry that we were not able to meet your expectations.

Dear Elly. As discussed you booked our studio apartment, and this is also what you have gotten. As we were fully booked, we were not ableto offer any upgraders. We are sorry to hear that you were not satisfied with your choice. We do have other apartments in the main building that are newer, as well as a brad new building, soon open for bookings. I believe those apartments are better for your expectations.Wish you a nice day.
