'We stayed at the fabulous Lido Hotel for 2 nights in December 2025. The hotel is located in central Santa Cruz, within a 4 block walk from Plaza 24 de Septiembre, and also a short 10 minute walk from the iconic Cristo Redentor statue. Check in was quick and painless, and the front desk staff was friendly and helpful. The room itself was spacious, clean and comfortable, with a large attached full bathroom. The air conditioner did a great job of cooling the room. Breakfast was served each...

'They nevershow up for let me in, i call many times and after 5 or 6 calls they answer saying someone going to be there in 15 for let me in. I wait 25 minutes and not body came. I went to other hotel because this is just regular house. No happy with this "hotel" im giving one because dont allow me to put -5 stars. '
