'Very dated but quaint. Good: Lots of towel rods. Good water pressure and plenty of hot water. Good location. Responsive host. Not so good: Bed fair. Whole house needs a deep cleaning and some paint. Sticky kitchen floor. Sticky stove control knobs. Mildew on ceiling tiles in shower. Ice maker not working. Air return vent very, very dirty. Roach poop on bathroom cabinet doors. Lots of dust/cobwebs on edges of wood trim in kitchen/living room. No dishwasher soap. No aluminum foil. No tissues.'

'We stayed here over Thanksgiving so that we could close to my brother & sister. The home was big enough for the 5 adults. Kitchen is equipped with a lot of essentials; plenty of forks/spoons/knives; various cooking utensils. There’s a big pantry with plenty of space for your stuff. Water pressure is good in the two bathrooms but if showing at the same time you’ll run out of hot water quickly. We did not utilize the backyard but it’s big. There is plenty of parking space. It’s an older home but...

'Fabulous house with fabulous hosts! So glad to find this gem of a place to stay! We were so comfortable and felt at home in this sweet little house. The double bunk beds really open up the possibilities for our family of 5 to rest comfortably. Attention to detail, superb communication, and extremely accommodating to meet all our needs…these hosts demonstrate the very best of hospitality!'

'House was not clean nor safe for children due to damage everywhere. Smelled like pee or vomit in main areas and back room. Host had cleaning crew come in after complaints however only spot cleaned areas I mentioned. Was still to gross to cook or stay except to sleep. Extremely disappointed. '

And it is handicapped accessible, some way for certain handicapped people it worked out in the urban situation. We would rent this house again if we needed to.'
