'My first VRBO experience was absolutely incredible. We tried to visit here last fall to see the leaves & colors, were unable to get the dates right. This visit was to visit a couple of State Parks in the area--actually visited 4 in 2 days. GMH's 'home' was just as advertised PLUS! It was better then the pictures and descriptions in every respect. One mission was to meet the 'Inkeeper' and we did just that! Speechless is the best way to describe the entire experience. WE WILL RETURN this fall!'

'The home is very quaint. It is a bit noisy on the interior due to the engineered materials used throughout the home. Slightly awkard property lot, with facing the small apartment complex, it makes the back patio and front porch seem less private, also obstructs a partial view. 'We recently stayed at the parsonage, three generations, and enjoyed it immensely. Everything was exactly as stated in the description. It was clean, comfortable, and easily accessible. The host gave clear directions throughout the whole booking process. We enjoyed a fire by the amazing "babbling brook", and my grandchildren had so much fun playing air hockey in the basement. 'The property was just as described in listing, and as reviewed by others. It was clean, comfortable, and spacious. The property managers responded very quickly to our request for a sponge and hose. The house is on the main street (as are almost all of the vacation rentals in town), and after reading reviews, I packed my Loop ear plugs because I’m a light sleeper. I had no trouble sleeping; slept very soundly in fact!'

'We enjoyed the quiet and remote features of this private Lansing oasis. Unfortunately while the gas fireplace wasn't working, we were able to run into town and buy wood for the wood burning stove. Definitely recommend for a winter getaway and know the gas fireplace will be repaired soon. Property manager was quick to respond and contact the appropriate maintenance staff. 'We enjoyed this older house in Warrensville. It had everything we needed and the location was perfect for us. Paul was very responsive to our needs and questions.'

'Overall it was good. Initially, there was a smell when you walk in but nothing a little febreeze couldn’t handle. Had to wash our sheets because there was a bit of dog hair on them. Great place though and we enjoyed ourselves will definitely be back!'

'The property is so beautiful. We walked the trails several times a day. Our dogs had a great vacation. They loved the freedom of the place. We heard the flying squirrels and were lucky enough to have one float past the window. Nearby we enjoyed the Grayson Highlands State Park. We did a short hike and got to see some wild ponies. The home is beautifully decorated and you can tell the owner wants you to have a great experience.'

'The cabin was a great place to stay while adventuring in Grayson Highlands State Park and riding down the Virginia Creeper bike trail. The setting is peaceful and we enjoyed watching deer and wild turkeys while sitting on the back deck. The cabin was clean and as described. We took the recommendations of the owner and bought basic groceries and had dinner in Lansing. We would recommend this cabin to friends and hope to return in the future!'
