'Property manager cancelled the reservation after we were already on the way saying it was due to plumbing issues. However, we arrived to find someone else staying there. Property manager said she would "try" to get Vrbo to refund all money paid, but I have seen no evidence to support that.'

'Our stay was fine. The only concerns or problems we have was the fact there weren’t enough towels for a two day stay. I don’t know if that is typical to only have a day’s worth of towels. Then Saturday afternoon the furnace quit and the host didn’t respond to my message. I had to call her. We just decided to drive home. So, we made the 4.5 hour trip back home at 7:30 PM. I sincerely home we are refunded our second night like the host she would do.'

'It is a wonderful thing to stay in a VROB that truly feels like home. The attention to detail matters and this place delivers in all the ways that make your stay comfortable and special. 'A comfortable place for my women's weekend away. The house is located in a nice neighborhood close to groceries, shopping, and restaurants. Kitchen equipment was sparse - we needed to supply cutting boards and a toaster. The oven broke the first night of our stay, but the host communicated quickly with us to try to find a solution. 'The house accommodated us very well. However we were so busy with Championship that we basically just slept there and were unable to enjoy the amenities. It was well situated to the Fairgrounds and restaurants. The home needs upgrading, the carpet is very old and stained, the bedrooms need a chair and night stand. 'The Blue House was VERY clean. The furniture and beds were comfortable and nice quality. The only drawback was the stairs. They were very steep and irregular with the potential for a slip and fall. Because of this I’d be cautious about staying here with small children or anyone with limited mobility.'

'I was surprised at how beautiful the neighborhood was. I didn't know what I was expecting, but this place was amazing, from the very moment I pulled up to the curb. The apartment is well-appointed and beautiful, with just enough space for a couple to be comfortable. Within walking distance is a fantastic restaurant called the Wheat Penny. I highly recommend it.'
