Cozy Condo in Truckee

Located in Tahoe Donner, this condo is part of the Golf Club Condominiums and that alone says a lot about its great location. As you enter, you immediately enjoy the open space living room with a sectional sofa that makes a space great for gatherings at the fireplace or in front of the flat screen TV.

The high ceiling makes the condo feel quite spacious and loads the room with lots of natural light. The sections sofa is a Queen sleep sofa that helps add a couple friends to your getaway.

The kitchen has a coffee maker, toaster, microwave and a breakfast bar counter that seats two. It sits next to the round dining table with chairs for two and an outside deck with a dining table for four. Everything you need to gather for delicious meals.

Upstairs the open, high ceiling loft bedroom has a Queen bed and bathroom. The newly upgraded bathroom has beautiful, tiled shower and vanity.

The condo is located with easy access to the Tahoe Donner Golf Course and Lodge Restaurant. Each are a short stroll away. The Tahoe Donner Nordic Center is only 1.5 miles away and the downhill area only 2 miles. The Tahoe Donner Tennis Center (1.5 miles) and the Trout Creek Rec Center is only one-half mile away.

*We provide a starting supply of toilet paper, paper towel, laundry detergent, and dish soap. We do not provide shampoo, conditioner, or body wash. Please plan on bringing or purchasing extra supplies for extended stays.

*Firewood is not provided. You can purchase Duralogs or firewood at most grocery stores in town.
*There is no washing / dryer in the condo.

Tahoe Donner Amenities: You will not be able to walk to the amenities at the Trout Creek Rec Center (Pool, hot tub, play center, tennis, etc) You will have to drive a few miles down the road.
As part of your rental, you will have a guest pass. Each pass allows up to 4 guests per card to access Tahoe Donner facilities including pools, hot tub, children's play center, tennis, downhill skiing, cross-country skiing, snow play area, golf, driving range, beach access at nearby Donner Lake, boat rentals, fitness center, horseback riding, campground, and an extensive system of hiking trails. Guest access fees are currently $17 per person per day. Children 7 and under are free.
