'Elaine's cottage is in a perfectly quiet location for exploring Truro and its surroundings. We hiked to St. Clement and back on a forest path, and also walked to Truro along the water. Elaine is highly responsive to questions and welcomes us with muffins and milk in the fridge. The beds are super-comfortable!'

'We loved our stay at Sanctuary Cottage. St Clement is such a lovely spot with a beautiful little church and perfectly situated for visiting Truro and surrounding sights. The property is very luxurious and spacious. We’d love to return.'

'Wirklich sehr gemütliches Cottage mit allem, was man braucht. Ein sehr guter Strand ist in Porthtowan nur ca. 5 Autominuten entfernt. Besonders kamen uns die 4 Bodyboards entgegen, die wir ausgiebig in den Wellen genutzt haben und auch die Feuerschale kam zum Einsatz. Einziges Manko war ein fehlender Geschirrspüler. Im Urlaub mit Selbstverpflegung möchte man auf Handspülen gerne verzichten ...'

'Everything perfect. Choose the Hide if you want to be away from the hustle & bustle/crowds its quiet, tranquil and relaxing. Immaculately clean with very comfy bed, super shower & everything you could need. Liked the thoughtful little essentials also provided like kitchen roll etc & the hot tub was just fabulous. Suggest bringing foodstuffs with you as shops are scattered. Would love to return.'

'We had a lovely holiday in this cottage. It is small but very nicely and efficiently furnished. The kitchen has everything you need. Very nice how the cooker is placed in the old fireplace. The bench and bed could have been a bit bigger and firmer. The location is good. You walk straight into the field and from Tregony you can explore nice places in the area.'

'A lovely cottage worth the five stars. Spotlessly clean. Maureen has thought of everything you might need and catered for it. Lots of room, large comfortable sofas (but a bit low for us). The TV in the living room could be updated but it didn't impact on our stay and the hot tub was a real treat.'

"Fijne locatie, de eigenaresse June is heel vriendelijk en gastvrij. Auto voor de deur op eigen terrein parkeren. Gezellige en nette kamer. Leuke tuin erbij, ontbijtruimte met genoeg keuze. Op loopafstand van het centrum met verschillende restaurants. "

"The room itself was ok and the view was nice and good towels in the bathroom. But the desk was broken, there was a lot of mold in the bathroom and the ceiling, there was no shampoo and had to ask 2 times for it to get some refill. Also the internet was not working."
