We are conveniently located close to the A30.(Less than 2 miles from the busy Chiverton Cross roundabout.) This proximity to the A30 places all of Cornwall at your feet. The silence is blissful only punctuated by birdsong. Little streams run alongside the road and the main traffic problem are pheasants who never seem to follow the highway code.
